With the New Year just around the corner, many people are starting to think about their New Year’s Resolutions. If getting healthy and into shape is on your to-do list for 2018, keep reading because I’ve got some tips for you.
One of my goals for the new year is to get more active, lose weight, and eat better. I’d love to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, but let’s be honest: that’s just not always possible. But you can work out at home, and today I’m sharing some at home work-out essentials for busy dog moms.

One thing I didn’t include on this list, but something I think is super important for anyone who’s trying to get fit and healthy, is a FitBit. I really love mine because it’s a great motivator for keeping me moving all day long.
Creating your own personal at home work-out routine with any (or all) of these items will set you up for success in the new year. And remember: if you’re looking for a work-out partner, give your dog a try!
