- Turkey skin
- Cooked bones
- Onions and garlic (think items like stuffing)
- Nuts (think pies and other desserts)
- Nutmeg (often found in pumpkin pie)

Are any of these surprising to you? I was a little shocked that sage is considered unsafe, and I’d never really given much thought to nutmeg, but all the others make perfect sense.
