Confession: I’m a little bit of a germaphobe. It really makes my skin crawl when I think about what a dirty place the world really is, and I’m always looking for ways to protect my family from these yucky germs.

As though they read my mind, the fine people at Kleanbowl contacted me a few months ago to ask if I’d be interested in trying out their product. I visited their website and was surprised to learn a few shocking facts about germs and our pets’ bowls:
- 3 of the top 6 dog and cat illnesses are caused by bacterial infections;
- 45 percent of pet bowls contain E. Coli, Salmonella, yeast or mold;
- 67 percent of pet bowls still had Salmonella after being washed in a dish washer.
Yuck! It seems that no matter how well we try to clean our pets’ bowls, if we’re using ordinary bowls for food and water, we’re probably falling short. And that leaves our 4-legged babies exposed to dangerous illnesses.

What I like about Kleanbowl is that it replaces those old pet bowls with fresh, clean biodegradable ones every time. There’s never any question about whether or not the bowl has been properly sanitized to be safe enough for your pet to eat or drink from. Take a look at this quick video to see what I mean:
I did the Kleanbowl Challenge with my dogs, and both Nike and Georgie chose the Kleanbowl over their usual food and water bowls. It was as though they somehow knew that the Kleanbowl was cleaner than their old bowls, even though I had just washed them in the dish washer. I tried to get Snickers, our cat, in on the challenge as well, but in typical cat fashion, he walked away from both the Kleanbowl and his usual bowls and refused to take part in the experiment!
Kleanbowl comes in different sizes, making it perfect for nearly any dog or cat. It also brings a pet mom (or dad) lots of peace of mind, knowing that when dinner is served, our pets are eating safely from a germ-free bowl.

I would love the 24 oz large size for our dog. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway.
Erin
I would choose the small 8 oz.l clean bowl set!
I think this is a great idea I would love the Large Kleanbowl w/Nourish-Pet Refill Bowls.
We would LOVE the large size for our two kiddos, Bo and Willow
Large would be perfect for my 2 pups!
O would choose the large because I have 2 dogs and 3 grand dogs that come over to play all the time. With 5 dogs drinking I need a large!
I would choose the Large. I have four big rescue dogs at home…two pit bull mixes and a Dalmatian mix and a husky mix! These are amazing!!
I would love the small one!
I would get the 24 Oz for my dog Iggy. And the 8 Oz for my cat
I’d choose the 24 ounce large bowl. I have 3 dogs, so that would work best.
We’d actually choose the large one because it doesn’t look as deep. Cats get whisker fatigue and pain when their whiskers touch the sides of the bowl. This is a great idea. Not too long ago, I read a blog about the bad stuff that remains on kibble and water left overnight and on the bowls.
I would get the 16 oz. Kleanbowl. I had no idea that their bowls were so dirty even after washing. Eww.
So cool! We could use the smallest size for our cats. Thanks and God bless!
I would probably get the 16 oz for my big pup and the 8 oz for the little pup.
What a smart idea ! Good luck to our US friends ! Purrs
This is the most clever invention I’ve seen in a long time! And it makes total sense for as much as my dog takes adventures and sniffs and digs with his snout and then all the “gifts” he brings back home in his mouth!! The largest bowl would be great for my Zimba! Thanks so much for the opportunity and sharing this great product!! Martha
I would love the small 8 oz for Layla, perfect for the park and picnics also
I am super obsessive about cleanliness!! The large one would be really good.
the large would be great
I would choose the large bowl for my crew to use. It is warm here in FL and they drink lots of water every day.
I would get the medium 16oz for my dog!
What a great idea!
We would need a Kleanbowl, 8 oz.
I would choose the 8 oz size.
I would love the 16 oz size Kleanbowl for my dogs 🙂
I would choose the largest size so i could use it for my small and large dog
I would choose the 16 oz. size. These are awesome!
Probably the smallest size for my kitty – he doesn’t need much!
