With all the bad news lately about pet foods and treats (especially those made in China), I’ve been looking for ways to feed my dogs healthier, more natural foods. That’s what lead me to Freshpet.
Freshpet started back in 2006, and their pet food is all natural, never processed, and made with fresh ingredients. Sounds great, right? Freshpet was kind enough to send me a gigantic box of food and treats for review, and of course my dogs Nike and Sadie were happy to serve as the test subjects. Freshpet even sent along a little something for Snickers, my finicky cat, so over the last week or so, my babies have been eating pretty well as we’ve tried all of these products:
- Chunky Chicken, Turkey, Vegetable, and Rice Recipe
- Vital Bison & Beef Recipe
- Deli Fresh Chicken, Vegetable, and Rice Formula
- Dog Joy Real Beef Recipe Treats
- Dog Joy Sweet Potato Treats
- Dog Joy Turkey Bacon Treats
- Dog Joy Ready to Bake Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Cookies
- Freshpet Select Roasted Meals Chicken Recipe with Carrots and Spinach
My pets gobbled up every single bite! There wasn’t anything they didn’t like, and the best part is, everything they ate was good for them. Everything was made with fresh, wholesome ingredients, and I didn’t have to worry about “junk”. That’s a good feeling! Check out this video about Freshpet!
You will find Freshpet in its own refrigerator case in groceries stores and pet stores, and I highly recommend these amazing products without reservation. I promise, your pets will love them!
