Happy New Year! Welcome to 2019!
Do you ever feel like if someone tries to add one more thing to your already out-of-control to-do list, you just might go a little ballistic? Or is that just me?
As a very busy dog mom, I know there are lots of little details to keep track of when it comes to our mutts. I tend to make a lot of notes and t0-do lists to keep me on track, but over the years I’ve learned that staying on top of things requires a little more than a sticky note or a scrap of paper.
That’s where the idea for my pet care planner came from, and I’m happy to say that using it definitely keeps me more organized and in control of my home and family.
This year’s planner will help keep you on track, too, with pages specifically devoted to:
- About My Pet summary page
- Vaccination record
- Medication record
- Pet sitter notes
- Groomer notes
- Pet recipe cards
- Shopping list
- Password tracker
- Online order tracker
- Contact list
As you can see, it’s got everything you need to manage all those important dog-related pieces of information that you’re probably currently trying to keep stored in your head. My new pet care planner will help you clear out that brain clutter so you can do something for yourself for a change!

Using my pet care planner is super easy. Just download it and save to your computer, then print it out. I recommend using good quality paper, like this 32 pound bright white paper. It feels amazing and because it’s a bit thicker than normal copy paper, it will stand up to lots of daily use.
Once you’ve printed your planner, use a standard 3-hole punch to create holes, then add it to a pretty 3-ring binder. Now your pet care planner is all ready to go!
I use my favorite pens, these Papermate Flairs, to make notes in my pet care planner. They’re colorful and happy, making it fun to track those important details about my dogs.
I know that as women, we’ve got a lot on our plates. We’re responsible for so much, and whenever I can do something that makes life a little bit easier for all us hard working mamas, I definitely want to try.
And that’s what I hope this year’s pet care planner does for you. I hope it helps you get organized, stay organized, and allows you to do more of the important stuff… like spending time with your dogs, your family, and of course, taking care of yourself!

I would like a copy of the pet care planner please. I have so many loose pieces of paper and this info in different places. This would help me keep my dog’s info organized and in one place. Great idea! Thank you.
