After years of living with dogs, I’ve come to realize that they have 2 very basic needs: food and play. A dog who gets plenty of both is happy, healthy, and wise.
Imagine my delight when I found something that gives a dog both food and play at the same time! The Paw5 Rock ‘N Bowl is a bowl that’s also a puzzle, and it gets dogs thinking, problem solving, and having fun all at once. Sounds like a win-win, right?

The truth is, it’s a natural instinct for dogs to hunt for their food. An ordinary, everyday food bowl just doesn’t challenge a dog in the way she wants and needs to be challenged, but the Rock ‘N Bowl saves the day.

It’s also perfect if you have the kind of dog who likes to wolf down her food in a hurry, because this puzzle bowl will force her to slow down and actually work for her food. It’s really quite amazing to watch. Take a look at this short video of Nike figuring out how to use the Rock ‘N Bowl.
Of course, what I like is that the PAW5 Rock ‘N Bowl is made right here in the United States with FDA-compliant, recyclable plastic that is BPA free. Plus, it holds 4 cups of food and it’s dishwasher safe.
We want to give our readers a chance to try the Rock ‘N Bowl with their own dogs, so we’re partnering with Paw5 to give away not one, not two, but 3 Rock ‘N Bowls! That’s right, and we’re making it super easy to enter to win. Just follow the simple steps in the Rafflecopter widget below. There is one mandatory entry and 4 bonus entries. Remember, the more you enter, the greater your chances of winning one of these prizes!
But don’t wait! This giveaway will end next Tuesday night, July 5th, at 11:59pm EST. Three winners will be randomly selected and their names will be announced on The Lazy Pit Bull Facebook page. Are you following us there? Please do, so that you don’t miss out! Good luck!

I would like to win this for my big girl, Lady Girl III. She is black lab/border collie and smart!! She is a big over-weight, so this bowl would slow down her eating and give her mind a spin as well. I will also enjoy watching her little brother, a 10 month old peka-poo trying to get in on the fun!
Bella, and she is a Sweet little yorkie
Our latest foster, Betty has taken to inhaling her food, she ate the last puzzle feeder. 🙁
I’d love this for all 3 of my dogs, it would go in our rotation of treat/food toys. They are Keener-border collie/pit mix, Champ-lab/shepherd mix, and Tank-pug. They love when they get to do a treat toy dinner rather than eating out of a bowl. Don’t get me wrong, they’ll eat food any way it comes to them, but they seem especially excited when they get to do a little of the work. 🙂
Willow, my 8 month old GSD puppy would love a new puzzle bowl in her life!
My Snowden eats her food so fast! This would be perfect for her. Thanks for this opportunity.
We are not entering since we did our own review & giveaway earlier this year… but we absolutely LOVE this bowl and the company!
These bowls are so amazing, I used to have something similar a few years ago and it worked out really great! The mental stimulation is so important for the dogs, truly! I wish the best of luck to everyone entering the giveaway – I’m not from the US so I’m sitting this one out! 😉
These look great. We always use slow feeder bowls for our dog or she will wolf her food down too fast. Plus she loves being challenged.
I’d love to win this for my miniature dachshund Molly.
I sure hope none of your kibble got stuck in the slats on the deck. lol But seriously, this seems like a really great way to feed a dog that gobbles down their food (yep I have some of those).
I’d like this for my two pups Joey and Emma, All American Mutts, who turn 10 and 9 this year and scarf their food far too fast.
Oh, Miss Nike looks like she is loving this! I would love to win one for my Collie/Husky mix named Bear. 🙂 Sometimes he snarfs his food too fast. I think he would get a kick out of this! Thanks for the giveaway!
I would love to win this for my Boxer Loki who is always getting mouthfuls of food and walking all through the house with it dropping out of his floppy joules while he chews.
I would love to win this for Annie! She is an adorable min pin mix.
I always loved these ideas but I would love to see one that isn’t kibble based for those of us not feeding kibble. This could be fun with some small treats … huge for a 3.5 pound dog though. But I can see this being a great gift!
Layla is a rescue, I call her my HaShiPoo
I love these bowls, especially how easily they come apart and can be stuck in the dishwasher! They’re a little large for Nola, who can just stick her nose in it to get the kibble faster, but it sure is fun to watch. 😀
I would love this for my Chi Chiquita.
Shiloh and Wager are both shelties.
Mya and Keeve American, bulldog and Vizsla
My dogs name is Shasta and she is a two year old Pitbull.
I would win this for my ‘nephew’ Rex, a german shepherd rescue that my sister and her consort have adopted. He is such a sweetie!!
I love that boy, and would like to give him something as nice as this.
My Labradane Bruce Wayne would love this!
Shayna our Golden would have a nlast!
My American Cocker Spaniel Coco Chanel Bella would be getting the bowl if we won!
I would want to win this bowl for Miri my german shepard dog and my yorkie Madison doesn’t believe she is small and she would have a go at it also.
His name is Jasper and he is a German Shorthaired Pointer
My dog Baine is a medium size mixed breed. I’d love to watch him interact with the PAW5 Rock ‘N Bowl 🙂
I have 3 Boston Terriers, Adrianne, Junebug and Cain. They would all like to play with this. The two boys love to play food games already.
I really want to win, and so does my pitbull mix NOEL!!!
I would LOVE to win this for my pitbull, Dre 🙂
my lil huky mix could really use this. she goobles down her good too quick!
Our Puggle mix, Theo, would really like one of these. Our other 2 dogs would too, but Theo is our fast eater! I try to change up their puzzle toys to keep them thinking.
Foxy – 40 lb terrier mix
