I was so blessed last weekend to be able to travel to the BlogPaws conference near Washington, DC. I was even more blessed to meet a few of my favorite dogs and some of the best people on the planet.
The conference is not just an opportunity to meet and mingle with your favorite online personalities, but also a chance to learn so much about how to use your blog and social media presence to make a difference for animals.
Have you met Tito the Pom? When I texted this photo to my husband, he responded, “Is that thing real? It’s the most adorable thing in the world!”
This is Chilly. He stays busy, making the world a better place.
Frankie, also known as Clark Kent. Isn’t he a doll? And you should see his wiggly little butt!
This is lovely Miss Lucy of Lucy’s World, muggin’ for the camera with me. She is seriously the most precious thing!
Meet Moses, who’s available for adoption in Annapolis, MD. He’s really gorgeous!
Beautiful Zoey! Always smiling!
This is Imelda of I’m Not A Monster, me, Dan and Lucy, Teresa and Frankie, and Kelly and Zoey. These really are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met!
While at the conference, I was honored to be included in events sponsored by Petfinder, PetSmart, and the ASPCA. I also met many great people who offer wonderful products for pets and people, and I’ll be telling you more about that over the coming weeks.
Next year’s BlogPaws conference will be held in Las Vegas, and registration is already open. I know I’ll be going, and next time I’d really like to take The Lazy One, too. Having her with me is the only thing that could’ve made this year’s conference even better… although I must admit, it’s pretty awesome to come home to this sweet blockhead.
If you were lucky enough to make it to BlogPaws this year, leave a comment and tell me all about your favorite part of the conference. And if you didn’t attend this year, I highly recommend going next year. You won’t be sorry!
