February is almost upon us, and for many of us, thoughts turn to Valentine’s Day.
But even if you don’t celebrate the holiday, that’s okay. It’s still a great time to make sure those you love know how important they are in your life. Life is short, so it’s imperative not to be stingy with words like “I love you” and “I appreciate you”.
February is also the perfect time to be kind to yourself. You deserve a special treat for all the light that you bring to the world, and loving yourself is an important first step to loving others.
Today I’m sharing some great self-care items that are a great way to treat yourself in February and beyond.
