I wish I could say that I’m appreciating the moments, but this is not what Springtime in Indiana is supposed to look like.
On Monday, we woke up to 3-4 inches of the fluffy white stuff. I was not happy, but I have to give Mother Nature some credit. Temperatures rose throughout the day and by evening time, almost all of the snow was gone.
But still… snow in April? No thank you.
It hasn’t been a bad winter here in central Indiana, but like I was telling my dad today, it just seems like the winter that would never end. I want to know when we can expect normal temperatures for this time of year. My fear is, and I’ve seen this happen before, that Spring will bypass us entirely and all of a sudden the weather will go from cold and snowy to 85 and scorching. But I’m not complaining; I’ll take hot and humid any day over the cold stuff.
